Hello!
Hey there! I’m Emily, owner and founder of Emily Jilg Co. I started my business in November of 2019 after I left my corporate job working at the Los Angeles Times. I started In Emily’s Kitchen, a place to share recipes, tips and tricks, tutorial videos and of course our first product: Spice Blends! When the pandemic hit, I had been selling our blends for just 2 weeks. I quickly pivoted my strategy and today I can happily say we have sold over 3,000 spice blends! I have loved getting to know my company and growing over the last year.
So much of In Emily’s Kitchen was encompassed in a love for entertainment, home, design, gardening and people. That’s why I have opened a larger umbrella to house all our our passions: Emily Jilg Co.
The thing that brings me the most joy in my life is creating an inviting, beautiful and comfortable space for my family and friends. It felt only fitting to expand from my Kitchen to the rest of our Home.
