Fish En Papillote
INGREDIENTS :
6 ounces white fish, such as halibut or sea bass
1 teaspoon Coastal Mediterranean Blend
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
2 slices of lemon
1 tablespoon dry white wine
INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat the oven to 400F.
On a large piece of parchment paper, place the fish down and top with Coastal Mediterranean blend, salt, lemon slices and butter. Pour wine over.
Fold the parchment around the fish, creating a pouch and sealing the liquids inside.
Place on a baking sheet and into the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Once the fish is done, place the entire parchment pouch on your plate. Open and enjoy!
*Note - This recipe is for one serving. If making multiple servings of fish, make sure to wrap each piece of fish individually!
