Fish En Papillote

INGREDIENTS :

6 ounces white fish, such as halibut or sea bass

1 teaspoon Coastal Mediterranean Blend

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon butter

2 slices of lemon

1 tablespoon dry white wine

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

  2. On a large piece of parchment paper, place the fish down and top with Coastal Mediterranean blend, salt, lemon slices and butter. Pour wine over.

  3. Fold the parchment around the fish, creating a pouch and sealing the liquids inside.

  4. Place on a baking sheet and into the oven for 10-12 minutes.

  5. Once the fish is done, place the entire parchment pouch on your plate. Open and enjoy!

*Note - This recipe is for one serving. If making multiple servings of fish, make sure to wrap each piece of fish individually!
