Rockfish Ceviche!
Rockfish Ceviche
1 pound fresh rockfish cut into small cubes
1 to tomato cut into small cubes
1/4 red onion thinly sliced
1 bunch of cilantro - chopped
1 Persian cucumber - chopped
1/2 jalapeno finely chopped
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons Fiesta Blend
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Mix together in a large glass bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Enjoy with tortilla chips!
